Playa Norte
Playa Norte as such is part of Isla Mujeres, so why do we list it here? Because Isla Mujeres is not very far from Cancun and in fact, many travelers visit the island with the intention of knowing and enjoying this paradisiacal place.
This beach is shallow which really attracts the attention of tourists, it is very quiet and of course, you can snorkel while enjoying the fish swimming around you.
Despite being a totally family beach, it is necessary to mention that the Topples fashion is very fashionable in this place. And although as such it is not allowed, it is not forbidden either.
Playa Las Perlas
Playa Las Perlas is the first beach we came across in the hotel zone and it is a 100% family beach. It is very quiet, relaxing, has up to 100 meters of shallow water and nowadays you can find surfing, paddleboarding and even kayaking lessons.
Playa Casa Maya
Another totally family beach that became popular because “the sun hardly ever shines”, is Playa Casa Maya. This beach is located behind the Casa Maya hotel, which gave it its name. The hotel offers shade to this shallow beach.
Therefore, if you are looking for a beach to enjoy and where the sun does not hurt your skin too much: This Cancun beach is perfect for you.
Playa Tortugas
Playa Tortugas is one of the most popular beaches in the city. A beach that has it all: A mini supermarket, lounge chairs, restrooms, restaurants, marine terminal, parking, security, lifeguards, etc.
It is totally family friendly and of course, very popular for its beauty and charm. As a tip, if you take a car you should go around 7 to 8 pm to be able to find a parking space.
Playa Gaviota Azul
Playa Gaviota Azul is located at km 9.5 of the hotel zone and is a quiet beach, shallow, a unique beauty and has become famous for being less than 400 meters from Playa Forum.
Playa Forum
Playa Forum has always been a favorite beach for young people looking for fun. The beach as such is close to the nightclubs, therefore: It is always liven up with the music of the same. In addition, this Cancun beach is in the heart of the hotel zone and therefore: Fun is guaranteed.
Playa Marlin
Playa Marlin is one of the 10 best beaches in the city and is located very close to Plaza La Isla. But this is not the only nearby plaza. This beach is also very close to Plaza Kukulkan and Luxury Avenue.
