After landing: 1. Go through immigration procedures. 2. Pack your bags. 3. Customs clearance. 4. Exit customs and turn left, go down the hall, turn right and go straight, then go through two sliding doors until you go to the TOUR OPERATOR-HOTEL SHUTTLE exit on the left. warn! Don't go through the last "family and friends" exit because it will take you straight to the pirates! If you do, we won't be able to get you back.
Remember: the Tour Operator-Hotel Shuttle door on the left is the right door! Go through it and go straight ahead to meet our CANCUN Airport Transfers staff wearing official CANCUN AIRPORT TRANSFERS uniforms with our logo.

There is no air conditioning outside the building, a reference to Margaritaville on the right, Berry Hill restaurants on the left and a group of people holding signs, we are among them! Terminal 2 (International)
AFTER YOU LAND: 1. Clear immigration. 2. Get your bags. 3. Clear Customs. 4. Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, exit the last sets of sliding doors that reads TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE.
There you are! outside of the building, no a/c, yet a crowd holding signs, we are among them. SPOT our Cancun Airport Transfers staff wearing the official uniform and holding signs with our logos. Also, as a reference once outside to the left there is a Meeting point bar & café, do NOT go any farther. Do not go with anybody else.
