Policies and Important Information

Arrivals

  • If your flight is delayed, please notify us immediately.
  • For domestic flights, the maximum waiting time is 60 minutes.
  • For international flights, the maximum waiting time is 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  • If you chose to pay in cash, payment must be made in full before boarding the vehicle.

Departures

  • For international flights, you must be at the airport at least three hours (3:00:00) before your departure time.
  • We are not responsible if you decide to change the recommended time.

Invoices

  • If you require an invoice, contact us before completing your purchase for personalized assistance.
  • Invoices include an additional 16% VAT.

No Show

  • A "no-show" applies if the client cannot be reached, with supporting evidence that the vehicle was at the location.
  • If the client has not checked out, they must be aware of our policies. We are obligated to leave the location, or—if the client requests to wait—an additional $35 USD fee will apply, non-negotiable.
  • Extra time charges must be paid before boarding.
  • Luggage will only be loaded in the presence of the client.
  • The vehicle will only depart when all passengers are gathered and ready to leave within the scheduled timeframe.
  • We are not responsible for lost items. Passengers should check the vehicle carefully before exiting.
  • If you realize something was left behind, notify us immediately so the driver can secure the item and arrange its return (additional fees may apply).

Conduct

  • The driver is authorized to refuse or terminate the service if any passenger behaves inappropriately. This includes: drug use, damaging the vehicle, underage drinking, urinating inside the vehicle, smoking, sexual activity, aggressive behavior, and other similar cases. No refund will be provided in such cases.

Missed Flights & Waiting Times

  • Cancun Airport Transfers is not responsible for any inconvenience or missed flights if you decide to arrive later than the suggested time.
  • The driver will wait up to 15 minutes in the hotel lobby. After that, the vehicle will leave, and no refund will be issued for missed transfers to the airport.

General Information

  • Cancun Airport Transfers is a legally established company, committed to the highest standards of quality and service, providing you with a stress-free transfer experience to and from the airport.
  • You may cancel your reservation up to two days before the service date with a 60% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested on the same day.
  • For cancellations, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. For reservation updates or changes, contact our reservations team via phone, email, or chat one day before the service, before 5:00 PM.
  • Drivers are not responsible for updates or modifications to reservations.
